| ::Canada Regulates Immigration Representatives::
On April 13, 2004, the Canadian Government implemented regulations
to regulate the activities of individuals who offer immigration
related services.
Only Consultants who are members of the Canadian
Society of Immigration Consultants or Attorneys who are
members in good standing of a Canadian Law Society, are authorized
by the Canadian Government to act as your representative.
As a full member of a Canadian Society
of Immigration Consultants, I am authorized by the Canadian
Government to represent you.
Please note that Transitional Members who
are not eligible to become a Full Member by October 31st,
2006 will cease to have a membership classification within
CSIC and no longer qualified to represent you.
To verify my authority to represent you, please
visit the following page at CSIC web site:

If you are unable to access that page, you
may contact the Society, directly by email at: information@csic-scci.ca
and request that my membership be confirmed.
